1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Noo World Discovery Platform at thenooworld.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SlateRiver LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company operating the Platform as "Noo World Discovery Platform." We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Who We Are

The Noo World Discovery Platform is operated by SlateRiver LLC, a New Mexico LLC. "Noo World Discovery Platform," "Noo World Platforms," and the brands showcased on this site are operated by SlateRiver LLC or its affiliated entities and licensees.

References to "Noo World," "House of Terravian," "MCM Enterprises," and other brand names on this Platform refer to creative identities, DBAs, or affiliated brands within this ecosystem — not necessarily separate legal entities unless stated otherwise.

3. Services

The Platform is a discovery and showcase portal for digital products, platforms, and brands within the Noo World ecosystem. We provide informational content, links to affiliated platforms, digital product offerings, and newsletter or community signups.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice or liability.

4. Accounts

Some features of the Platform or linked services may require account creation. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used abusively or fraudulently.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the Platform without our written permission
• Post, transmit, or distribute harmful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, brand names, manifesto copy, and platform tile designs — is the property of SlateRiver LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Brand names and marks including Noo World™, Noo World Platforms™, Noo World OS™, Win The Hour!™, Crownstrike™, Forbidden Gnosis™, and all others displayed on this Platform are common-law marks or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from this Platform without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links

The Platform contains links to third-party websites and platforms within the Noo World ecosystem and beyond. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party sites and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms and policies.

8. Digital Products

Certain platforms within the Noo World ecosystem offer digital products for sale (including but not limited to "Collectors Edition" items). Sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase or required by applicable law.

Digital product fulfillment may be handled by third-party payment processors and fulfillment platforms (such as Payhip or Stripe). By purchasing, you also agree to those platforms' terms of service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SLATERIVER LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SlateRiver LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
